FAQ

Is it safe?

DOT-Home uses the water from your shower, which passes through a built-in activated-carbon filter tested by SGS laboratories (report no. ETN25400061): it removes 97.3% of turbidity and 95.8% of residual chlorine. You can adjust the flow or shut it off completely, so you are always in control of the pressure. The nozzle tip measures 1.10 cm.

Will it fit my shower?

Yes, if your shower has a standard flexible hose. DOT-Home has a standard connection and replaces your shower head in about 2 minutes, without tools. The box also includes a 3-metre stainless-steel flexible hose and 2 seals.

How often should I change the filter?

The filter cartridge lasts about 15,000 litres of water, roughly 3 months of average use. When it is used up, you can replace it in seconds with a refill cartridge.
